As part of this initiative, we have established an academy division aimed at identifying and nurturing talented players from an early stage, with the goal of developing athletes who can thrive in future competitive scenes. Beyond improving gameplay skills and strategic understanding, we place strong emphasis on cultivating multifaceted abilities required of modern competitors and creators, including communication skills, expressive capabilities, and digital literacy. Through these efforts, we aim to maximize each player’s potential while also building a foundation that enables them to succeed beyond their competitive careers even after their competitive careers.
Internally, under the leadership of our Human Resources department, we have introduced e-learning programs for new employees to support the acquisition of essential business skills. By systematically learning business etiquette, effective communication, and problem-solving skills—competencies required across industries—we contribute to enhancing organizational capability and achieving sustainable business operations.
In the research domain, we collaborate with The University of Tokyo on joint research initiatives aimed at improving esports player performance. By incorporating approaches based on scientific data and analysis, we explore new possibilities for enhancing competitive performance while contributing to the accumulation and advancement of knowledge in the esports field.
Furthermore, in our educational initiatives, we address industry challenges such as chronic talent shortages in esports teams and event production companies, as well as the lack of established management and event production expertise. Recognizing that not everyone can become a professional gamer, despite the increasing number of students and institutions aspiring to that path, we focus on expanding career opportunities beyond competition.
Specifically, we provide environments where individuals can acquire practical skills necessary for diverse roles that support the esports industry, including team operations, management, event production, and marketing. Through these efforts, we also work to address the issue of second careers for professional gamers who may otherwise end their competitive lives without sufficient social or business experience.
GANYMEDE, Inc. will continue to balance the development of competitive scenes with talent cultivation, aiming to pass esports on to the next generation as a sustainable culture and industry.
Respect for Rights
GANYMEDE, Inc. recognizes defamatory and abusive behavior directed at players and creators belonging to our professional gaming team, ZETA DIVISION, as serious human rights violations and acts of business obstruction. We are strengthening our responses, including legal measures.
For unfounded slander, discriminatory or aggressive expressions, and posts that deny personal dignity on the internet and social media, we work in cooperation with legal professionals to take strict actions. These include evidence preservation, requests for disclosure of sender information, and legal proceedings. We consider it a critical corporate responsibility to ensure that our members can operate in a safe and secure environment.
In cases where inappropriate expressions are identified in posts made by affiliated creators, we conduct thorough fact-checking and promptly implement corrective actions, including issuing apologies and removing the relevant content. At the same time, we strengthen awareness initiatives to deepen understanding of expressions that may be perceived as offensive or inappropriate toward specific individuals or groups, regardless of intent.
As part of these efforts, we conduct regular compliance training for players and creators, sharing important knowledge on responsible social media usage, the impact of expression, and issues related to discrimination and harassment. While respecting freedom of expression, we emphasize awareness of the responsibilities that come with having social influence and promote healthy communication.
GANYMEDE, Inc. will continue its efforts to prevent and raise awareness of discriminatory expressions and defamation, striving to build a healthy and sustainable community in which all stakeholders—including players, creators, and fans—are respected.

We believe that delivering only what is truly needed, in appropriate quantities—without encouraging excessive consumption—is essential in today’s society.
This philosophy extends beyond product and service development to include how we communicate and share our brand. Rather than driving consumption, we aim to provide lasting value by carefully conveying the background and intentions behind our work.
In our relationships with partner companies, we emphasize fair and equal collaboration regardless of differences in position or scale. Rather than pursuing short-term profits, we build long-term partnerships based on mutual respect for expertise and values. We also value sustainable collaboration with local communities, nurturing connections between culture, people, and the circulation of value behind our creations.
Regarding materials used in production, we actively adopt environmentally conscious options. For example, by utilizing resealable plastic packaging, we enable secondary use after initial consumption, promoting designs that do not assume disposability. We believe such attention to detail encourages environmentally responsible choices in everyday life.
In terms of sales methods, we primarily adopt a made-to-order production model to avoid excessive inventory. This approach minimizes waste and enables responsible production and distribution.

Approach to Intellectual Property
- Basic Policy
- To contribute to the sustainable development of gaming culture and the streaming industry as a form of creative expression, we appropriately protect and utilize the intellectual property (IP) owned and managed by the company or organization, while fully respecting the intellectual property rights of third parties.
- 1. Proper Management and Protection of Our Intellectual Property
- The Company owns and manages a wide range of intellectual property, including rights of publicity related to players and creators; copyrights associated with VTuber-related visuals, videos, and music; and trademark rights associated with logos and other brand assets.
With respect to these various intellectual property, from their creation and acquisition through to licensing to third parties, all contracts are comprehensively reviewed by the our legal team. In addition, we collaborate with external patent attorneys as necessary to ensure appropriate rights management in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
In the event that any infringement by third parties is identified, the Legal Division of the Corporate Management Department will take appropriate action, including legal measures, in cooperation with external legal counsel. - 2. Respect for and Proper Use of Third-Party Intellectual Property
- We respect the intellectual property rights of all rights holders across relevant industries and establish systems to prevent infringement in our streaming activities and content production.
Specifically, when using intellectual property, we ensure that appropriate permissions are obtained. The Legal Division of the Corporate Management Department continuously verifies the status and scope of such permissions to ensure their adequacy. Furthermore, we conduct regular internal training and educational programs to reinforce the importance of intellectual property protection.
