Reception

Please present the lottery winning confirmation email at the reception desk on the day of the event in order to participate in the Meet & Greet. Please make sure not to delete the email.

As a precaution, we also recommend printing the email and bringing a physical copy with you.

Please arrive at the Meet & Greet Area located on the south side of the venue by the scheduled Meet & Greet time stated in the email. Reception will begin 15 minutes prior to each session.

Please note that participants may not be admitted if they arrive more than 15 minutes after the Meet & Greet session has started.

If your accompanying guest has won the lottery, please either attend together with the representative ticket holder or forward the email to the accompanying guest in advance.

NOTES
  • The Meet & Greet will take place in the Merchandise / Meet & Greet Area located on the south side of the venue.
  • The Merchandise / Meet & Greet Area itself will be set up inside a tent; however, the waiting line for the Meet & Greet will be outdoors. Please prepare rain gear in case of bad weather.
  • As the Meet & Greet sessions will run alongside the tournament matches, the schedule may change depending on match progress.
  • Due to time limitations, participants may select only one player for the Meet & Greet session at the venue.
  • Participants may choose either a photo opportunity (photos only, no videos) or an autograph session. Please note that requests may not always be accommodated depending on each participating team’s policy.
  • For requests other than photos or autographs, please check directly with the participating team’s staff on the event day.
  • Any gifts for participating teams during the Meet & Greet will be received directly by the team staff. Please note that there will be no gift boxes available at the venue.
  • Please check announcements or official websites from each participating team regarding rules and restrictions for acceptable gifts. Food and drinks will not be accepted under any circumstances.
  • Participating players for the Meet & Greet may be changed or become unavailable without prior notice depending on circumstances on the day of the event.
  • If it is discovered that the invitation has been forwarded to anyone other than an accompanying guest, participation in all Meet & Greet sessions may be denied and the individual may be asked to leave the event.
  • Please follow all instructions from event staff during the Meet & Greet sessions.

*Only attendees with a valid event ticket will be permitted to access the merchandise area (official merchandise and team merchandise).
*Please note that shopping bags (plastic bags) will not be provided at the official merchandise booth. Guests are kindly requested to bring their own bags or carriers for purchased items.

Location

Merchandise will be sold in the Merchandise / Meet & Greet Area located on the south side of the venue. While the merchandise and Meet & Greet sales area itself will be located inside tents, the waiting line area will be outdoors. In the event of rain, please prepare your own rain gear.

Queue Ticket Information

At the official merchandise booth, if the waiting line becomes crowded after doors open and reaches maximum capacity, sales operations may switch to a numbered queue ticket system for safety reasons.

Customers will be guided in numerical order based on the number printed on their ticket. We appreciate your cooperation in helping avoid congestion in the waiting area.

Please note that even customers holding queue tickets may be unable to purchase desired items if stock for the day sells out.

For operational details regarding team merchandise booths other than the official merchandise booth, please refer to announcements from each respective team.

Queue Ticket Operation
  1. Receive a Queue Ticket
    • Queue tickets will be distributed near the sign marking the end of the official merchandise waiting line.
    • In principle, one ticket will be distributed per customer wishing to make a purchase. Please follow staff instructions when receiving your ticket.
    • Customers wishing to receive a queue ticket must line up in the official merchandise line (Not the team merchandise lines).
  2. Scan QR Code
    • Please scan the QR code printed on the queue ticket using your smartphone or another internet-enabled device to access the designated browser page.
  3. Check Call Status
    • You may check your queue status in real time through the browser.
    • Additionally, by linking your LINE account after accessing the browser page, you can receive notifications when your number is called. This allows you to avoid repeatedly checking the browser manually.
  4. Proceed to Merchandise Booth
    • Once your number has been called, please come to the official merchandise booth with your queue ticket.
    • Staff members will confirm your ticket and guide you into the sales area in order.

[Notes]

  • If you do not arrive at the booth within 60 minutes after your number has been called, your queue ticket will become invalid.
  • Lost queue tickets cannot be reissued. Please keep your ticket safe until it is collected by staff after entry.
  • As status confirmation requires browser access, please ensure you have a device capable of connecting to the internet.

Important Notes Regarding Merchandise Booths
  • Sales hours may change depending on operational conditions.
  • Inventory for merchandise items is allocated separately for each event day. Sales will end once stock for the day is sold out.
  • Gifts for participating players, coaches, or performers cannot be accepted at merchandise booths. Returns and exchanges are accepted only for defective products. Returns or exchanges for customer convenience will not be accepted under any circumstances. Defective item exchanges will only be handled at the official merchandise booth on the same day as purchase. Please be sure to bring your purchase receipt. Without a receipt, exchanges or returns cannot be processed even for defective items. The determination of whether an item qualifies as defective will be made solely at the discretion of on-site staff. Returns or exchanges requested after the purchase date will not be accepted. Please carefully check your purchased items while still at the venue. As these are offline sales, we appreciate your understanding.
  • To prevent accidents and congestion, various restrictions may be implemented even during active sales operations.

Post-Event Online Sales

Some products from this event are scheduled to be sold online after the event. Depending on the item, products may be sold either as in-stock sales or made-to-order sales. Please refer to the product lineup announcement to be released at a later date for details.
